How much does Profit Outpost cost?
$199 USD per month, billed monthly. It renews automatically until you cancel. There's no free trial. You can't buy a subscription yet: early access is by request, and we charge nobody who hasn't agreed to the price and terms first. See the Terms.
How accurate are the profit and max cost figures?
Profit Outpost uses Amazon's own fee estimate for each product and adds the costs you set: inbound shipping, placement, storage, prep, misc fees, sales tax and your FBM cost. Max cost is the highest cost that meets both your minimum profit and your minimum ROI. Treat the figures as estimates for research, not guaranteed outcomes, and confirm prices and your eligibility before you buy. How the maths works.
Where does the data come from?
From your own Amazon seller account through Amazon's Selling Partner API (once you can connect it), from Keepa's licensed API for price, rank and seller history, and from the costs you enter. Amazon data and Keepa data run on separate, isolated systems. Details.
Do I need an Amazon seller account?
For your own fees, eligibility and business figures, yes. You can't connect it yet: Amazon has to open Profit Outpost's access to seller accounts first, and those parts are ready in the app for when it does. Keepa research, Brands, Sellers, Seller Tracking, leads and the profit calculator work without it.
What does it run on?
A desktop app for macOS (Apple silicon and Intel) and Windows that updates itself, plus a Chrome extension in testing. Download.
Do I need my own Keepa subscription?
No. Profit Outpost calls Keepa for you through its own commercial access, within a daily allowance per person. A lookup that costs more shows its cost before it runs.
What does the AI assistant see?
Your question and the data needed to answer it, processed by Amazon Bedrock. It answers questions about your leads, your business and a product's profit from the data in your workspace. See AI features in the Privacy Policy.
Can I export to Google Sheets?
Yes, in testing. Profit Outpost writes your leads to a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive with Google's drive.file permission, so it can reach only the spreadsheets it creates or that you choose to use with it.
How do I cancel or delete my data?
Cancel anytime and keep access to the end of your billing period. You can delete your account from the app, and the Privacy Policy explains what we remove and when.
